SWAB confirms the dates for its third edition, 13th to 16th May 2010, and opens its application process with a new Advisory Board and a new location.

After two successful editions at Reials Drassanes de Barcelona, Swab is moving this year to the Italian Pavilion at the Fira Barcelona area.

With the new location Swab takes a step forward on the Barcelona economics and fair scene. This new approach is born as a conjunction of Barcelona city aim of holding an Art Fair and Swab purpose of being present in Barcelona general events schedule.

As in previous editions of the fair, an Advisory Board will select the most interesting proposals from the submitted applications. Last editions where focus on painting and drawing, this year we expect to offer as well sculpture, installation, performance and video proposals.

Swab 2010 Advisory Board is made up of following art dealers: Christian Ehrentraut (Christian Ehrentraut, Berlin, Germany), Leo Koenig (Leo Koenig, INC, New York, USA), Fred Mann (Fred LTD, London, UK), Miguel Angel Sanchez (ADN, Barcelona), Suzanne Tarasieve (Suzanne Tarasieve, Paris), Nacho Valle (Valle Ortí, Valencia) and the curator Javier Panera (DA2, Salamanca).
